Driver Referral Program

Bay & Bay encourages our company drivers and owner operators to refer other drivers to the company. We are pleased to offer the following driver referrals:

• $1,500 for referrals from Syracuse or Dallas ($500 payable upon completion of new driver orientation, $500 payable when referred driver has completed 90 days and $500 payable when referred driver has completed six months

• $1,000 for referrals from all remaining parts of the country ($500 payable upon completion of new driver orientation, $500 payable when referred driver has completed 90 days)

• Refer two drivers and receive the bonuses listed above plus a custom Bay & Bay jacket

• Refer four drivers and receive the bonuses listed above plus a high quality Bay & Bay watch

• Refer six drivers and receive the bonuses listed above and a gold ring
