Company Driver /Dry Freight Division |
• 0-3 years experience $.30 per mile for all dispatched miles
• 3 years plus experience $.31 per mile for all dispatched miles
• Yearly increase of one penny per mile, per year, up to $.40 per mile
• Additional $.05 per loaded mile on pad wrap and rolling stock loads
• Mileage bonuses paid on calendar quarter; $.02 per mile over 31,500 miles in a quarter;
• $.03 per mile over 36,000 miles in a quarter
• $30 for extra stops and drops (excluding first and last)
• $50 Boroughs pay in New York City
• $13 per hour for city work
• Single and team driver plans
• Health/Life/Vision/Dental available after 30 days
• 401K - Eligible the 1st quarter following 6 months of employment
• Paid vacation and holidays
