• Zone 2 All other states $.84 loaded – (AL AR AZ CA CO FL GA ID KS LA MS MT NC ND NE NM NV OK OR SC SD TN TX UT WA WY).
• Additional $.10 per mile for loads that are Rolling Stock or Pad Wrap
• Authorized dispatched empty miles paid the same as loaded miles
• $30.00 for extra stops and drops (excluding first and last)
• $30.00 for driver assist unload (Dispatch Approved)
• $50.00 for layover after 24 hours from time of delivery (dispatch approved)
• $32.00 per hour for Local Cartage
• 50% of tolls that match your logbook
• We pay 100% of New York Bridge tolls plus $100 Boroughs pay
• Bobtail and Physical Damage insurance available
• Qualcomm units required @ $12.50 per week, $0.00 installation
